You must be over 18 years old to order a commission from me.

You have the right to personal non-commercial use of my work (as covers for your stories, prints or any other merchandise for yourself, etc.).

I can publish finished works on my socials, unless we agreed otherwise.

I prefer (but don't insist) to receive messages via Discord (🔗yaru.great), Telegram (🔗@yaru_great) or e-mail (🔗[email protected]). I'll respond to you within one to two working days.

DO NOT use my artwork as NFT, for generative intelligence training or for anything AI-related.

DO NOT change my arts.

I DON'T make changes and DON'T finish other artist's arts.

DO NOT copy or trace my work for purposes other than educational (please, don't post the copied works of other artists as yours on the internet, this is really rude).

I ENCOURAGE YOU to publish my works in your socials with my authors tag and/or source link.

LET ME KNOW in advance if you'd like to keep your commission private. I might charge extra or refuse.

LET ME KNOW in advance if you need an art by a certain date. This may change the workflow and/or charge extra.

LET ME KNOW in advance if you plan to use the finished work commercially. It will charge extra (around 50%).

I have the right to decline orders without explanation.

By ordering a commission you agree with every point of the ToS.

My responses may take time. I draw quickly, but communicate slowly.

I send WIPs from each stage of work: sketch, line, color, and render. I may also send additional WIPs upon request.

I don't have a specific limit on the number of edits, but I do have a limit on the type of edits depending on the stage of work (see possible changes for more info↓).

Edits not related to the current stage of work will charge extra.

In general my turnaround time is 1-5 working weeks, depending on complexity.

Upon completion you'll receive: a full-size PNG of finished piece for personal use (without my nickname) and for publication (with my nickname) in RGB.

At your request, I can provide you with an image in a different format (JPEG, TIFF, etc.) and/or color model (CMYK, etc.).

At your request, I can add additional text to the image or crop it (for covers, banners, etc.)

I DON'T provide any sources of my works (.sai, .psd, .clip, etc.).

I'll start to work immediately after payment.

I accept two payment options: full prepayment or 50/50 (50% at the beginning, 50% after the finished work). Let me know in advance which option is preferable for you.

I don't currently have a PayPal account, which means I have difficulties accept direct payments through that service, including intermediaries like Ko-Fi or Boosty.

I would be very grateful for any reports of errors or problems with the payment methods listed below! Payment services are constantly changing their terms and conditions, adding and removing payment methods.

No refunds, if I already started to work and there have been no delays on deadlines by more than a month on my part.

I like to draw covers & illustrations for fanfiction, so I can give you a discount on such drawings.

Discounts for long comic commissions (longer than 10 pages).
